Great customer service and great work done! I got my tires changed and an oil change and they offered to store my summer tires and they refilled my windshield washer fluid! They were super accommodating, allowing me to drop my car off the night before and they called me when it was ready and I was able to pick up my car within 15 minutes of them calling. So happy to have a helpful Mazda dealership so close by!

Where to start. Mat, Chris Jaime and Thomas were so down to earth and knowledgeable. We came in for one vehicle and ended u buying 2. Chris did something for our son that was unexpected, Chris took the signing pen back from our son and told him to take more time and make sure before signing the form. Mat took the time to show my wife everything about her knew truck until she was confident with all settings. Jaime made sure we understood everything about financing, warranties and benefits. She was great. Between all of us, my family and I got to know a lot about each of them. Feels like we have a bunch of new friends. We saw Thomas for a short stint but he was very nice and helpful. If you come into Gary Moe's definitely ask for any of these 4 awesome people. Thanks for everything

We had a Civc to trade-in looking for a family vehicle. After chatting with other dealerships a friend recommended Mazda. I went in and had a conversation with Dan about a better vehicle for my family. What they offered to do for us was outstanding, we were both shocked, and somewhat speechless, I have never experienced a dealership so focused on really helping their customers.

I did not purchase my Mazda here, but I did have it serviced for a recall here. Excellent service, everything was explained to me as to what they were doing, it was quick and efficient and they even cleaned the outside of my car for me. While I waited, I was approached by the front desk associate and a sales associate. Neither were pushy, both were friendly and informative. I even got free key chains! Thanks Mazda; I'm so happy to be in the Mazda family

I have NEVER had a good experience when going into a dealership. No one listens and I find myself getting pushed into a new vehicle. When I inquired about used two vehicles I was paired with Travis. He took the time to listen to my needs and didn't force or push anything on me. We test drove both and I thought the first vehicle was it. They let me take it home for the night to see of it fit my family needs. Unfortunately it did not and I was back the next day to give my second option a try again. They very graciously let me take that one home and test it out. When I arrived again they took time to help me get this vehicle. Mike in Finance was absolutely amazing. He worked miracles to get me the right payments and even went above and beyond to get me the best deal. They had a really cool promotion going on and I also got to walk away with a brand new Xbox for free. I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. They made buying a vehicle easy and hassle free. I will definitely be back of I ever need another vehicle. Travis, Mike, Dakota and Luke, thank you guys for everything you did.
